Dance is a wonderful way to promote physical fitness. In addition to the aesthetic beauty of the moving arts, dance develops strength, flexibility, agility and balance, all of which contribute to one’s health and well-being. Dance promotes self-esteem, self-motivation, a disciplined work ethic, respect for oneself and others, grace and fun. Our success lies in knowing we have had a positive impact on a child’s life.
